38jili reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, 38jili may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 38jili support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
All financial transactions on the 38jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 38jili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
